The fresh, spring water source nearest to my home on Kaua’i is named, Makaleha... meaning, "to wonder at; to admire." In Hawai’i, it is said...water is wealth. That we each have a responsibility to protect and care for the water source closest to where we live.
It is my desire that each robe be Imbued with the spirit of Makaleha, transferring to the wearer this deep sense of gratitude, and responsibility to care for our precious resources both locally and globally!
